Thai Airways International Public Company Limited has been ranked in the top 10 of three categories of the latest survey by SmartTravel Asia.Com magazine for the top 10 best airlines in the world.
THAI was second in cabin service and third in both top the 10 airline and the top 10 business class categories.
It is the fourth consecutive year THAI has been at the forefront of top 10 airlines out of the 100 in this survey.
Readers commented on THAI’s “warm service” and the ready smiles and attentiveness towards passengers by cabin crew when making their choices in the 2008 Best in Travel Poll that runs each year from May to July.
