The renovation takes in the hotel’s lobby now called “The Junction”, and offers a brand new concept and creates a space where people can meet, enjoy drinks and snacks. There are three separate zones – a Welcoming Zone, a Meeting Zone and a Rotating Food and Beverage Zone. In the evenings a DJ will play relaxing music to add to the ambience.

All 354 guestrooms and suites, including 18 new Deluxe rooms, have also been refurbished with bamboo or teakwood flooring and full internet connectivity. The restaurants too have had a facelift with Cuisine Unplugged inviting guests to experience the “Facet of Foliage”, a dining concept built around green and organic ingredients freshly delivered from local farms and a well-being beverage station. Aksorn’s newly-constructed mezzanine space under the theme of “VERY Thai” features exotic displays with the gentle sounds of the Thai xylophone which welcomes guests to spend some time.

Pullman Bangkok King Power was opened on 15 October 2007 as the world’s first Pullman property.
