Egbert Brehm
German photographer Egbert Brehm’s signature style is one which he calls ‘photo painting’, a technique which involves the complete dissolving of concrete objects into runny colours. This unfamiliar way of shooting photographs shows the viewer an imaginary, fleeting moment which, Brehm feels, allows one an ‘inner’ view rather than an ‘objective’ view.
Brehm has held exbitions at Bangkok’s Sofitel Central Plaza and Goethe-Institut. |
