To celebrate ‘The Most Glorious Moments of Sports History in Hong Kong’, X Life Magazine readers in Hong Kong were invited to submit nominations for the X Life Sports Awards 2008 in various award categories with the award presentation ceremony being featured as a pre-Olympics event.
In recognition of Thailand’s continued efforts to promote adventure travel, extreme travel challenges and expeditions, initiatives to promote youth travel and the development of innovative eco-friendly travel and tourism options as part of the country’s efforts to reduce global warming, X Life Magazine readers and sports fans voted in favour of Thailand making the Thai kingdom the winner in the X Life Sport Awards 2008 for ‘The Most Vibrant Travel Destination’ award category.
The X Life Sport Awards 2008 presentation ceremony was hosted at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong on 29 May 2008.
