Bestowed upon the world's premier recognition of an outstanding customer service standard, Bangkok Airways has been chosen for the airline’s realisation that the product and service is important to all its passengers across the airport and onboard environment.
Success is the result of Bangkok Airways' three-in-one strategy, that has been implemented in conjunction with the airline's re-positioning as ‘Asia's Boutique Airline’, which focuses on front-line service that eventually led to the airline's far-and-wide recognition of premium service for all passengers.
Skytrax Award was established in 1990 with its panel comprising members from more than 50 countries and representing over 74 nationalities.
Based on real quality standards, these awards are evaluated via a web-based survey with participation from both individuals in the airline and related industries, as well as consumers around the world.
