The opening of i.sawan Residential Spa & Club is the final step in Grand Hyatt Erawan's expansive Reaching New Heights project designed to further enhance the hotel's outstanding facilities and services.

Previous projects included the successful opening of the residence, Bangkok's first residential style, multi-functional event facility in October 2004, and the nostalgic Erawan Tea Room in December 2004.
