WORLD-CLASS EVASON HIDEAWAY AT YAO NOI OPENS ON OCTOBER 1, 2007

Recreating Experiences – Beyond Phuket positions this Evason Hideaway as the first property to introduce world class innovation and unequalled service standards to a destination off the mainstream.

Panoramic views to the often featured Thai limestone outcrops of Phang Nga Bay and the pristine environment form the unique location for the Evason Hideaway. Access is by a 40-minute power boat trip from Phuket, or 10 minutes from Phuket International Airport in the resort’s own helicopter.

The Evason Hideaway is scheduled for a full opening from October 1, 2007.

Comprising just 56 pool villas in three styles, including the 3-bedroom Reserve and the 2-bedroom Retreat, the resort is set in natural vegetation enhanced with tropical landscaping, which provides privacy between the villas. Several villas offer personal spa suites, and all are served by pool villa butlers. The design and material selection is based on attention to detail and ecological commitment, creating innovative and enriching experiences in a sustainable environment.

Several dining options offer inspired world cuisine, with tandoori and wood-fired ovens and an open grill, together with Mediterranean dishes and an authentic taste of Thailand - complete with noodle bar. There’s a dramatic glassed-in duplex wine cellar, a chef’s table and a close-at-hand organic vegetable garden for the freshest salads.

Skilled therapists of the Six Senses Spa create sensory journeys for guests, with a range of holistic wellness and pampering treatments. The spa focuses into the lush forested hillside and is styled after an Asian long-house.

With intensive training programmes already in full swing, Evason Hideaway at Yao Noi will trial every aspect of the resort commencing from August, whilst completing construction and furnishing details. Invited guests and travel partners will join with some loyal Evason guests who want to be the first to experience the newest addition to the Evason Hideaway brand!
