The Dusit Laguna Villas are three-storey terraced properties located within the grounds of the Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket. Each villa has two bedrooms with sea or garden views and en suite bathrooms on the first floor. The next level features a kitchen, dining and living room with a scenic view and extended terrace for outdoor ambience. The Dusit Laguna Villas comprise Laguna Pool Villas and Ocean Front Pool Villas. From 15 July to 14 October 2008, a Laguna Pool Villa is available for THB 58,500 per villa per night. An Ocean Front Pool Villa is available for THB 68,650 per villa per night. Rates are nett inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT and 1% provincial tax.
