| Nineteen travel operators from across the UK and Ireland arrived at the Royal Cliff Beach Resort to support their optimistic outlook of Pattaya tourism. Welcomed by the beat of traditional long drums and village dancers, this was a perfect beginning to the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) - UK-IRELAND Tour Operator Road Show.
Shortly after arriving, Mr. Chris Lee - Marketing Manager of TAT London - and his team were whisked away for a brief site inspection of the five star resort before settling down for a four course meal at the prestigious Rossini restaurant. After a pleasant evening, the TAT staff retired for the night at the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel & Spa.
On Saturday 10th July, hoteliers from across Pattaya attended the TAT road show. With a few words from each travel operator, the table top sales event began, which resulted in both UK and Ireland based agents and the regional hotel personnel feeling positive about the future of Pattaya tourism.
