Traveling By Train In Thailand
3rd class train journey with locals
On board the 13-hour, 3rd class train to the North of Thailand.

Sometimes, it's weird to see when locals look at us and think we must be mistaken when asking for or lining up at the 3rd class entrance, but this is how the locals do it.

I personally like to see things and do things the way locals do. If you stay inside hotels all the time, you forget that there's too much to learn from the outside. And isn't this one main reason people travel?

We believe in balance. In mixing the luxurious with the normal. In seeing the good and the bad. In being grateful, but having an open mind.
