137 Pillars House Chiang Mai hosts 2nd Asian Organic Gourmet Festival

Bangkok, 9 October, 2015 – Luxury design resort in Chiang Mai, 137 Pillars House, will hold its 2nd Asian Organic Gourmet Festival from 16 to 18 October, 2015, highlighting specially concocted dishes by three famous chefs from Chiang Mai and Phuket.

Each evening features a welcome cocktail at 18.00 hrs., along with organic products retail stalls, followed by a sumptuous five-course organic Gala dinner including corresponding wines at 19.00 hrs. to showcase a different Chef’s cuisine.

Organic produce will be used from various suppliers throughout Thailand and specifically from Chiang Mai, including the renowned Royal Projects, Monkey Farm, DoFann, Ice Dream Boutique, Little Spoon and Fan Pak.

The Chefs participating in the festival are Chef Leelawat Mankongtiphan, owner and chef of the amazing CUISINE DE GARDEN in Chiang Mai, Chef Tammasak Chootong, owner and chef of the well-known restaurant SUAY in Phuket, and Chef Thiti Thammanatr, executive chef of the host resort, 137 Pillars House.
