Bangkok, 17 September 2025 – Central Park Shopping Centre, located within the 46-billion Baht Dusit Central Park mixed-use development, officially opened on 4 September and is poised to become Bangkok’s newest world-class landmark. Under the concept “Here for all of you,” the shopping centre offers a holistic lifestyle destination for every generation, reinforcing Bangkok’s position as a world-class metropolis.
Developed by Central Pattana plc (CPN), Thailand’s leading sustainable real estate developer, Central Park spans a gross building area of 130,000 square metres and is the 43rd shopping centre in the company’s portfolio. Its prime location at the Silom–Rama IV intersection places it at the heart of Bangkok’s central business district, with direct connections to BTS Sala Daeng, MRT Silom, and the Skywalk.
The grand opening was attended by dignitaries, business leaders and government representatives, led by Bangkok Governor Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, together with CPN’s executive team.

The LG floor features Parkside Market, Thailand’s largest hub for Michelin and street food, alongside a curated crafts zone showcasing Divana, Good Goods, and Hug Craft. The Ground floor, Parkside Food Hall, introduces first-time cafés and restaurants in Thailand, the flagship Tops Food Hall Central Park, and an expanded take-home delicacies zone. The first floor, About Fashion, presents prestige fashion and beauty brands with direct Skywalk access and a % Arabica café. The second floor, Fashion Playground, showcases trend-driven fashion and lifestyle labels including Sephora, Pop Mart, and Victoria’s Secret. The third floor, Active Energy, showcases global activewear with first-in-Thailand launches, including Adidas Kids and Icebreaker. The fourth floor, Life Essentials, features premium gadgets, wellness centres, and flagship concept stores. The fifth floor, Parkside Eatery, curates international debuts and creative culinary concepts. The sixth floor, The Glasshouse, opening in December, will elevate rooftop dining with panoramic views of the city.
Central Park is set to become Asia’s culinary landmark, presenting first-time-in-Thailand debuts such as Kiwamiya Japanese teppanyaki, Super Matcha from Korea, and Cheongdam Garden Korean grill, alongside new dining concepts like Maguro Kappou and Downtown by Fran’s. Visitors will also find Bangkok’s most sought-after queued brands, including Hikiniku to Come and Kam’s Roast, complemented by leading F&B groups such as Iberry and Maguro.
