CentralFestival Samui to open on 29 March

Bangkok, 3 March, 2014 – Samui is getting a newest lifestyle shopping centre, CentralFestival Samui, which is slated to open on 29 March, 2014.

Developed by Thailand’s largest retail developer and operator Central Pattana (CPN), the 3.1-billion baht shopping mall is located on Chaweng Beach. It is CPN’s first themed shopping mall in the concept of Reminiscence of a Southern Lifestyle.

The shopping complex’s architecture comes in the design of all unique aspect of Samui. They include a Chaweng Port theme in the contemporary design of an old port, Birdcage theme with the Samui signature birdcage that conveys Samui local people lifestyle, Fisherman Village theme, Old Town Market theme with the Colonial architecture design integrated in East-meets-West style.

CentralFestival Samui will feature Central Department store, Tops supermarket, PowerBuy, SuperSport, and B2S. The shopping complex will house more than 150 shops of international and local fashion brands, a night bazaar and a dining destination.

It will also boast The Port @ CentralFestival Samui, a lifestyle dining and gastro bar landmark for lifestyle dining restaurants both in indoor and outdoor.

Entertainment options at CentralFestival Samui will include cinemas and events venue.
