Mr. Nond Kalinta, THAI’s Director of Japan, Korea and North America said the launch of the double daily operations between Bangkok and Tokyo (Haneda) is a preparation for the likely increase of demand in air transportation ahead of the planned implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in 2015.

The flight inaugural ceremony, which took place at Hadeda International Airport’s departure gate, was presided over by Thailand’s Ambassador to Japan, His Excellency Mr. Thanatip Upatising.
