Arts of the Kingdom Museum provides free daily shuttle services

Bangkok, 27 November, 2019 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is pleased to inform all Thai and foreign tourists that the Arts of the Kingdom Museum will start providing free return shuttle bus services from Bangkok to the Museum at Ko Koet, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, from 1 December, 2019.

The 50-seat shuttle bus service will be available twice a day, from Tuesday to Sunday. The outgoing bus will leave from Na Phra Lan Road, opposite the Phiman Deves Gate at the Grand Palace. The incoming bus will stop at Sanam Luang.

The first bus is scheduled to leave Bangkok at 10.30 Hrs., and the return bus will depart from the Museum at 14.00 Hrs. The second bus leaves Bangkok at 12.00 Hrs., and departs from the Museum at 15.00 Hrs.

Foreign tourists who purchase the 500 Baht entrance ticket to the Grand Palace in Bangkok will be entitled an entry to the Arts of the Kingdom Museum. Otherwise, the ticket can be purchased directly at the Museum at 150 Baht per person.

The Arts of the Kingdom is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10.00-15.30 Hrs, with the last tickets can be purchased at 15.00 Hrs. 

The Museum is closed on Mondays, New Year and Songkran holidays. During the coming 2020 New Year  holiday, the Museum will be closed from 28 December, 2019 – 6 January, 2020.
