Bangkok, 1 October 2025 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has announced the appointment of four new deputy governors as part of its annual organisational reshuffle, strengthening leadership across key strategic areas.
The move reflects TAT’s commitment to advancing its long-term tourism vision under a structure led by Governor Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibool and supported by eight deputy governors overseeing administration, policy, product development, marketing, and innovation. “This new leadership structure will strengthen TAT’s ability to deliver on the ‘New Thailand Vision 2026,’ ensuring that our tourism growth is innovative, inclusive, and sustainable,” Ms. Thapanee said.
Mr. Akkarawit Taphasit has been promoted to Deputy Governor for Administration, having previously served as Executive Director of the Tourism Investment Promotion Department.


Mr. Chuwit Sirivajjakul has been promoted to Deputy Governor for Policy and Planning, following his previous role as Executive Director for the East Asia Region.
Mr. Nat Kruthasoot has been promoted to Deputy Governor for Tourism Products and Business, after serving as Executive Director of the Events Department.


Meanwhile, Mrs. Chiravadee Khunsub has been officially named Deputy Governor for International Marketing – Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas, a role she has held since April 2025 following her position as Deputy Governor for Tourism Products and Business.
They join the current leadership team of Miss Pattaraanong Na Chiangmai, Deputy Governor for International Marketing – Asia and the South Pacific; Mr. Kittipong Prapattong, Deputy Governor for Digitalisation, Research and Development; Mr. Nithee Seeprae, Deputy Governor for Marketing Communications; and Mr. Apichai Chatchalermkit, Deputy Governor for the Domestic Market.
