Bangkok, 25 August, 2016 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) recently arranged a hugely successful familiarisation tour of Thailand for 84 writers, bloggers and photographers from around the world. During the four trip from 1 to 5 August, the visitors were shown some of the kingdom’s Royal Projects and got the chance to experience the very best of Thai culture. The 84 Perspectives of Thailand, trip was part of the TAT’s Women’s Journey Thailand campaign which took place throughout the month of August 2016.
The 84 bloggers and photographers were divided into four groups and taken on tours of North, South and Central and Northeastern Thailand. While in Bangkok they also saw attractions such as the Grand Palace and the Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall and enjoyed a lovely evening that showcased the best in Thai food and entertainment.
