The hotel’s three restaurants – Elements, Up & Above and Yamazato – have also been awarded Certificates of Excellence. For Up & Above and the signature Japanese restaurant Yamazato, it is the first year that their outstanding service and cuisine has been recognised in this way. For Elements, it is the second consecutive year that such an award has been received.

“We encourage all our accommodation and dining guests to share their experiences on TripAdvisor. It is therefore extremely pleasing to discover that their positive comments are not only helpful to other travellers and diners but can also result in the award of these certificates,” says Mr Fumio Oda, Executive Assistant Manager. “There is no doubt that our well proven corporate philosophy of Best ACS – best accommodation, cuisine and service – has contributed to the hotel’s continued success.”

The Okura Prestige Bangkok is located in a prime city centre location, close to major shopping malls with direct access to the city’s BTS skytrain network at Phloen Chit station.
