Phuket, 22 November, 2016 – The 217-room Novotel Phuket Resort gets a makeover in time to greet the high season with extensive refurbishment and redecoration, more room choices, and an elevator to the beach.
The resort has undergone renovation of all its guestrooms, making them brighter and airier than before. All rooms now feature Thai-style fittings complete with modern amenities and thoughtful touches like private balconies. Standard features include individually controlled air conditioning IDD/STD telephone, mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, in-room safe, security card lock, satellite TV and 24-hour room service.
The number of room types has been increased from six to eight with the addition of Family Suites and Deluxe Pool Access rooms. In line with the ”Novotel Family Spirit”, the new suites offer a special children’s room and separate bathroom to complement family -friendly facilities like the kid’s club and three-tier swimming pool with its concerning waterfalls and water sports.
The resort has also added a wheelchair-friendly amenity, providing an elevator for direct access to Patong Beach. This complements existing facilities like the spa and fitness centre, private parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, four restaurants and three bars, as well as conference facilities.
Novotel Phuket Resort is located on a hillside overlooking Kalim Bay, a short walk from Patong Beach and 40 km from Phuket International Airport.
