Over a hundred women golfers from Asia joined Thailand’s 2nd Lady Golf Challenge

Bangkok, 25 August, 2017 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) recently welcomed 127 women golfers from all over Asia to the 2nd Lady Golf Challenge at Alpine Golf and Sports Club in Pathum Thani on 17 August, 2017.

The Lady Golf Challenge, a five-day golf and travel itinerary, was held as part of the TAT’s Women’s Journey Thailand campaign, which is running throughout the month of August 2017 to showcase many hidden secrets of why women travellers love Thailand.

Throughout the five days, the women golfers from Japan, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and India had the chance to play on Thailand’s top golf courses and discover many unique Thai local experiences as well as to learn some tips from professional golfers – Thailand’s Virada Nirapathpongporn (Gomutputra) and India’s Vani Kapoor, who’s also TAT’s Thailand Golf Ambassador in India.
