THAI shifts to serve Pakistan’s newly-opened Islamabad International Airport

Bangkok, 04 May, 2018 – Thai Airways International (THAI) has announced that it is now providing flight operations to and from the newly-opened Islamabad International Airport in Pakistan.

From 3 May 2018, all international flights operating to and from Islamabad, Pakistan will operate from Islamabad International Airport, as Benazir Bhutto International Airport will be officially closed.

THAI operates four roundtrip flights per week on the Bangkok-Islamabad route on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, with TG349 departing from Bangkok at 19:00 hours and arrive in Islamabad at 22:10 hours (local time) and TG350 leaving from Islamabad at 23:20 hours (local time) and arrive in Bangkok at 06:25 hours (following day).

THAI serves on the route, using its 299-seat Airbus A330 aircraft.
