Thailand to host 9th General Assembly World Scout Parliamentary Union this November

Bangkok, 26 September, 2018 – Thailand is ready to host the 9th General Assembly World Scout Parliamentary Union (9th WSPU General Assembly), scheduled to be held from 12 to 14 November in Bangkok.

The event will discuss the main theme of “Roles of the Parliament in Supporting Scout Movement towards SDGs Achievement”.

Jointly organised by Thailand’s National Reform Steering Assembly, the World Scout Parliamentary Union and the National Scout Organization of Thailand, the 9th WSPU General Assembly is supported by the Tourism Authority of Thailand, while Thai Airways International is offering special airfares to all participants.
