Bangkok, 23 August, 2017 – Mr. Yuthasak Supasorn (left), Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), today extended a warm welcome to Mr. Thongchai Jaidee (right), Thailand’s number one Golf Ambassador who has been helping to promote international awareness of the Kingdom as a world-class golf destination.
Currently ranked 107th in the world, Mr Thongchai is considered by many as Thailand’s most successful professional golfer. He has been helping to promote the ‘Amazing Thailand’ brand through his participation at many of the world’s golf tournaments.
He is one of Thailand’s Golf Ambassadors, an initiative under the TAT’s Thailand Golf Paradise marketing strategy that puts an emphasis on promoting golf tourism in the Kingdom through famous professional golfers.
